I shot another wedding today. The bride is a teacher from my kids’ school. I believe the bride’s daughter (pictured above) also attends the same school. The bride and groom were probably the lowest maintenance bride and groom I will ever shoot. They just told me what time to be there. They left everything else up to Jason (see more below) and me. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Too bad they won’t all be like that.

The above image is one of my favourites from the day. The sun had set. We were on a gorgeous waterfront. I had portable lighting. I knew the exact shot I wanted before I shot it. I expected these exact results. Very happy. Hopefully the bride will be too.

I was assisted by Jason St. Pierre. He did an amazing job. He was absolutely thorough and prepared. It also seemed like he was thinking exactly what I was thinking, at every turn. If you ever have a need to hire him, do it. You will not be disappointed!
